There is a very fascinating parking garage in Downtown Detroit called the “Z Lot”. It has 10 levels and is very famous because of the colorful artworks painted all around the area.
Z Lot is adorned with wonderful murals right on the entry & exit points of the garage.
Right next to the Z Lot is a very interesting alley which has more art work on the walls. It is called “The Belt” . It is full of spectacular public art installations.
My sister and I had a great time walking and taking photos through the alley of The Belt . It's like walking through an outdoor gallery.
